Who I Am and What I Do

My Journey

Welcome! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013. Though I now live in York County, I was born and raised in Lancaster. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to practice out of such a lovely building here in Landisville! My office is a judgment free zone; my only focus is on my client’s body and why he/she is hurting. I want people to leave my office feeling better than when they arrived. I work with clients who are stressed and need to relax, as well as people who need long term care and see me a couple of times a month. Though I am extremely proud of my work, I do not like to think of myself as a miracle worker; I alone do not “heal” people. I use massage to help the facilitation of relief. Your massage is a two way street, and communication with me is key! My office should be a stress-free atmosphere, and I hope that each and every one of you that reads this knows that you can trust me with your care.

When I am not at work, I like to spend my time tending to houseplants, chilling with my 3 dogs, playing video games, and camping with my husband.
